Stewardship and Giving

Woodmen offers numerous resources as you journey on the path of lifestyle stewardship. We are grateful for your continued partnership with us in the daily ministries of Woodmen! Our attitude about giving reflects what we believe about the Kingdom of God. We gladly sacrifice for the sake of the Kingdom because Jesus sacrificed for us, and all that we have is His. One-on-one financial coaching is available through Woodmen.

We encourage you to consider online giving as a method of financially supporting the ministry of Woodmen. This process provides state-of-the-art encryption and security, as well as capacity to give immediately and regularly. Recurring transactions can be easily set up and your transactions will generate an automatic receipt acknowledgment. Online giving is a major advantage for our church community as this tool provides a regular flow of giving. We also experience a more stable foundation of received funds to better project resources for ministry outreach and receive significant cost savings in time, money, and transaction processing. Please note for those who choose to use a credit card, we do not encourage any form of credit card debt, but rather use the tool in a controlled and disciplined manner.

If you have questions or would like more information about stewardship at Woodmen, contact Tojy Thomas.

We believe God is the giver of all we are and all we have. If he is the source of every good thing, then it’s our great privilege to steward our finances and possessions well and to give back to Him. More info

Estate Planning

We are told that a staggering 70% of Americans do not have a current will. The ramifications of this on children, surviving spouses, on taxes and fees is immeasurable. There are many reasons for this, fear of dying, procrastination, confusion about the estate planning process, the cost of creating a will and more. We want to provide some “layman friendly” estate planning information that can enable you to protect your family and be a wise steward of what He has entrusted you with. To begin exploring this process check out the Woodmen My Legacy PlannerMy Legacy Planner will not only allow you to assess your current will but also provide you with a thoughtful framework as you prepare to meet with your attorney or financial advisor.
