For many in our city, COVID-19 and the hardships of the last couple years have been devastating. Financial and health struggles are making it hard to hope and hard to see God at work. We believe this is a pivotal season for the church—a time to share God’s light with those who are experiencing dark days.

To increase our impact in serving and sharing the love of Jesus with our city and beyond, we’re inviting the people of Woodmen to give generously to the LoveWell Fund. This fund is focused outside the walls of the church, providing help and hope for people in need. We’re partnering with local ministries and organizations across El Paso county, providing practical care for those who are hungry or without homes. We’re coming alongside first responders on the front lines of the pandemic. We’re offering a hand to local small business owners who are hurting.

Eighty percent of the funds donated will support families and initiatives right here in El Paso County. The remaining 20 percent will go sustain and advance global relief and ministry.

The LoveWell fund provides tangible help and hope for people in need. In addition to our ongoing partnerships with local organizations offering practical care to those who are hungry or without homes, this month we’re supporting crisis relief efforts for people impacted by the recent tornados that swept across six Midwestern states. If you’re able to give above and beyond your regular tithes and offerings, please consider a generous gift to the LoveWell fund.

2020 THANKS To catch a vision for the ways our generosity will fuel ministry and make a difference in the lives of our friends and neighbors in the days ahead, check out The 2020 Challenge. In the early days of the pandemic, the people of Woodmen rose to the moment and met this Challenge.
