April 5, 2020 • Josh Lindstrom • 1 Corinthians 1:4–17
The apostle Paul is grateful for all God had done in the church of Corinth, as we too celebrate what God has done over 40 years of Woodmen. While the Corinthians were divided and quarreled among themselves, we rejoice that the ministry of Woodmen has never been about any one person or group of people, but a community of believers unified in the same mind and the same judgment proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Sermon Points:
I. We have much to be thankful for. 1 Corinthians 1:4-7
II. We have much to look forward to. 1 Corinthians 1:8-9
III. Lift high the name of Jesus. 1 Corinthians 1:10-17
