Sabbath Rest

Daily life is taxing for many, and stress and anxiety about the future are on the rise. One need only page through the Old Testament books of Deuteronomy and Leviticus to realize there was much to occupy the thoughts of the ancient Israelites too. The death, burial and resurrection of Jesus not only secures a future eternal rest for all those who trust in him, but offers a real, soul-giving rest to us today. We in Christ are released from our striving and can find true peace during times of uncertainty. In our series, Sabbath Rest, we’ll explore why and how we can enter this spirit-filled peace today.
