Guatemala day 2

We started the day off with a pancake breakfasts before heading out to Cruz Blanca for another day of VBS. We had our second day with the Noah’s ark story with 7th-12th graders in the morning and preschoolers - 6th graders ion the afternoon. Soccer was a big talking point with the older kids with the USA and Guatemala gold cup soccer game happening this evening. We were stretched with the older group and having to figure out new activities and flows that worked with them. We heard another one of the teachers testimony’s at lunch. There was soccer playing for games, more Noah’s ark crafts, Noah’s ark skit, and fun worship with dancing and musical chairs. All of us fell in love with the Noah’s ark song that the little kids do and enjoyed dancing and singing along with them. We had a delicious dinner of spaghetti and salad followed by human foosball game. We had a great debrief with small group time followed by worship and testimonies to close the night off.
