Kenya Cure Hospital - Day 5 (Friday)

Hey from Kenya! Today was sadly our last day at Cure. It was a day full of joy and also sadness as we had to say our goodbyes. We spent the day hanging out, playing, and conversing with the patients and parents. I got to spend time learning how to make a prosthetic and the buckles for a little girl. After that I got to spend time on the playground with an amazing mother and son named Brenda and Moriah (who is two and so adorable). I loved learning more about their culture and Moriah’s healing process. Then we ended the day back at the guesthouse with a wonderful dinner and debrief. Goodnight until we meet again.
