College Guatemala #6

It’s been a busy but hugely blessed day here in Jicamapa! It was our third day of VBS, and we started off with worship, with the kids fully engaged in singing, and a drama focused on the parable of the seed and the sower! Then we had our time for crafts and games, and the children (and us!) had a lot of fun with today’s water games. After the VBS, we split up into our teams: some going into the village for house visits, others taking family photos at the school, and the rest painting a school building. The painting was tiring, but those at the school all worked together and completed it! The home visits team also had a great time, getting to interact and love on the people, and brought us back dozens of mangos as gifts some families had given them! We wrapped up the day with debrief and listened to some testimonies. It’s been the coolest to see God work in so many ways, whether big or small, in our time here! He has been so faithful and present, and we are so thankful for the opportunity He’s granted us to be here!
