Czech Republic #6

Happy Wednesday from the Czech Republic! Seeing God work across the globe and through different languages is surreal. This week at camp, we have both staff and campers speaking Ukranian, Russian, and English! Even though we cannot always understand each other, we are united through God's love. During the evening program, music is included and is one of the highlights of each day. Experiencing worship songs in new languages is beautiful in a way that is difficult to describe. The tunes are recognizable, but the voices are new.

Another way we interact with each other across the language barrier is through movement exercise! Each morning, before breakfast, we have the opportunity to jump around, stretch, and move all together in fun ways! In the afternoon, we have an extended fitness class for those that love a good work out. A few campers have attended every day, and I'm impressed by their dedication! We smile at each other through the sweat. :)

While each day's schedule is packed full, there are so many little moments throughout the day that I am reminded of how good God is. One of my favorite moments today was playing table games with two of the campers. We found ways to communicate through smiles, laughs, hand gestures, and exaggerated faces when someone got a "+4" in Uno.
