Zambia Day 1, 2023

Welcome to the 2023 Zambia Mission Trip! We met at the church at 6:45 for prayer and to drive up together to the Denver Airport. Callie and Dylan were both a little unlucky and were the only 2 that got searched as well as missing the window to hop on the train with the rest of the group. Thankfully they joined up with us at our gate. Our first flight went quick and then we had a layover at the Chicago airport. We got food here and walked through the light tunnel. We then got on our 14 hour flight to Doha, Qatar. This flight was filled with sleep, movies, games, and laughs. We all safely made it to Doha on time where we played card games and waited for our next connection to take us to Africa. Check our blog tomorrow to find out about our first day in Zambia!
