Come Explore yoga principles through a biblical framework. Learn how to worship with your whole body, how to balance work and rest, and how to take time for breathing and listening to God.

All ages and skill levels are welcome for this beginner/intermediate level class. There is no need to have ever taken a yoga class to participate. You don't need to be "flexible" and there is no need to have a yoga mat or yoga clothes! Just come as you are in clothes you can move in! No shoes required;) All we need is you! 

Simply bring your water, a mat (if you have one) and an open heart!

This class will be an active vinyasa style. Yoga can help to reduce stress, muscular tension and allow you to deepen your prayer and worship time. We will safely build heat in the body and explore poses to stretch and strengthen our bodies and focus our minds on God.
