Early Childhood (Babies-Kindergarten)

Weekend classes provide a safe place for kids (babies – Kindergarten) to worship, learn God’s Word and receive love from caring staff and ministry partners. We have a variety of ways to serve the youngest of our Woodmen family: Greeter, Coach, Small Group Leader, Small Group Assistant, Leader in Training (LIT).

Access Ministry (special needs)

We want to welcome and include those affected by special needs in the services and programs at Woodmen. Access Ministry offers a variety of ways to serve families and caregivers. Consider being a one-on-one shadow with kids or adults during weekend services and at our respite Friday night events throughout the year.

Foster, Adopt & Kinship Ministry

Foster, Adopt & Kinship Ministry seeks to gather and support a community of people connected by the common bonds and passion of foster care, kinship care and/or adoption. Consider serving at our respite Friday night events throughout the year, or by becoming a Neighbor to a family that is fostering by providing a monthly meal and building community with one another.

Midweek Programming & Events

Midweek programming and events provide a safe place for kids to worship, learn God’s Word and receive love from caring staff and ministry partners while their parents or caregivers participate in Bible studies, prayer & worship nights, WoodmenU classes, Mom2Mom, etc. We have a variety of ways to serve: Greeter, Midweek Teacher (paid position), or Leader in Training (LIT).

AWANA Leader

AWANA is a structured program providing Scripture-rich experiences to help kids (3-year-old through high school), know, love and serve Christ. Each Wednesday the kids participate in enriching Bible lessons, fun games and powerful scripture memorization. With over 600 kids in our program at Woodmen, we have many leader opportunities available. Serve with kids or behind-the-scenes.

Kids Camp

Each summer, Woodmen Kids offers a high-energy 4-day camp at our Rockrimmon, Woodmen Heights and Monument campuses. Hundreds of kids gather to hear the Good News of the Gospel, worship, play games, build relationships in small groups and have FUN while learning about Jesus. It takes an ENTIRE church to host camp with a variety of ways to serve. Summer 2025 Kids Camp: June 9-12
