Estonia 26 Day 8

Hello friends of our Estonia Missions Trip. Most of you will probably read this in the morning so: Good Morning! How did you sleep? I think I speak for the whole team when I say that we are a bit overcome with exhaustion after an amazing week in Estonia!

As I write this, we are enjoying a layover in the Amsterdam airport before we begin our long flight back to the US. The team in good spirits but leaving will always be bittersweet because we have made so many great relationships with our campers this week.

Yesterday was our first full day as a completely unified team which was really awesome. (But sad that it took until the last day of our trip) We began our day with a debrief from Josiah Venture, our mission partner, that allowed us to come to terms with the end of our trip and glorify God for all the amazing ways He showed up this week.

After debrief, the whole team took the train to Turi for the after party from the Turi team’s camp. We had a great time connecting with the campers and Estonian leaders one last time before returning to Tallinn where we explored the old city and got dinner. 

Thank you all so much for your prayers before and during our trip. We can’t wait to come home and tell you all about the trip! Sleep and share our stories when we are well rested. Please continue to pray for smooth travel before we arrive in Denver at 9ish tonight.
