Zambia 2026 day 7

Hello friends and families! We had such a great day today being tourists and hanging out with Auntie Lillian. We got to lead staff chapel at the beginning of the day. Teagan and Mae led worship and Zach brought the Word and did a fabulous job. It went really well and the staff enjoyed it. Then we got to go on a safari and see elephants, zebras, lions, quails, cheetahs, wildebeests, an ostrich, and bamboons. It was so cool to see all the animals walking freely and living their lives. The ride was very bumpy but so much fun. We had lunch at the safari place and then went on a boat ride. It was my first boat ride and soooo much fun! After that we did a cheese tasting which was really interesting but fun. Then we headed back to cure and celebrated Auntie Lillian’s birthday. We had cake and she opened some presents which was very sweet to watch. Then we debriefed the day and had a great last night in Zambia. Prayers for safe travels home and that none of our flights would get delayed would be amazing!
