Estonia 26 (TAFT Camp) Day 7

The TAFT team had the day to wander in Old Town and learn more about Estonian history.  Garrett, Josiah Venture missionary, was our guide.  We learned a lot about Tallinn and Estonia. We were able to do some shopping and see both the modern and historical sides of the town. We even saw the old part of the ancient city wall that is in the underground parking garage. It was a laid-back day, but a fun day.  We had lunch with the California team that we worked with all week.  It was cool getting to know them better outside of camp. After lunch, we went to the mall to get groceries and shop.  We had an after-party to go to with the campers who lived in Tallinn.  It was good to see them again! We had a BBQ at the beach. We played 9 square, frisbee, walked on the beach, and swam/waded in the water. Our hearts were happy to see some of the campers again, but also hard to say goodbye!

We came back around 8:30 to the hotel to meet up with the Turi team!  We are reunited, and we were so happy to see each other again. We shared our highs and lows of the week and talked a little about each camp. We heard testimonies from four of the team. It was good to hear their hearts and what God has done in their lives.
