Fort Collins Day 4

We woke up early this morning and had some scrumptious breakfast and a lovely devo. Then we welcomed all the kids for day 2 of VBS which was water day!! We talked about how God is a creator and even though we sin, He can forgive us from our mistakes. We all had a blast with crafts, dancing, and especially getting soaked outside with games which all the kids get so excited for. Once they went home for the day, we had a quick lunch and then got ready for a full afternoon. We split up into three groups and went to do service projects around Genesis Project church and at the local Christian high school. We got to finish moving lots and lots of mulch, pulled weeds, cleaned with sponges, and even did some power washing alongside some of the GP students. Even though it was very hot, everyone had a great attitude and some awesome dance moves while they were working hard. We gathered back together at the church for a delicious dinner and got to hear an amazing testimony from Bianca, the youth pastor's wife. We did our debrief and small groups and then headed to bed for another full day of getting to see God work!!
