Estonia April 2026 #3
Hello Loved Ones,
Today was another rich and insightful day here in Estonia with the CRU team! We gathered again this morning at Agapekohvik for a helpful workshop on personal design led by Ellen and Sheri. Using a self-assessment tool, we explored the four key dimensions of personality. This helped everyone discover their personal gifts and preferences, and more importantly, how God has intentionally designed each person for a purpose.
The workshop emphasized that when we understand ourselves and one another better, we can work together more effectively, united as one, with each person contributing their unique gifts to the whole. It was eye-opening to see how our different ways of processing information, making decisions, and interacting with others can strengthen the team rather than divide it.
We also worked through an Interpersonal Communication Exercise that illustrated how our mental function preferences play out in group problem-solving scenarios.
The Apostle Paul beautifully describes this truth in Scripture:
“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. (1 Corinthians 12:12, 17-18)
“So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.” (Romans 12:5-6)
What a powerful reminder that our differences are not obstacles, they are part of God’s beautiful design for unity and effectiveness in ministry!
After a good lunch together, we headed out of the city to the Meenikunno Landscape Protection Area. This stunning natural setting is a special place the CRU team uses to mentor and disciple young people. Away from the busyness of daily life, it provides a peaceful, God-inspired environment where participants can slow down, reflect, and express their feelings and thoughts authentically.
We are continually encouraged by the dedication of the CRU team and the ways they are pouring into the next generation here in Estonia.
Thank you for your prayers as we continue to encourage and strengthen them in the days ahead.
