Nicaragua 20s #7

Unfortunately everyone, this is our last blog of the mission trip:( 

Today was a more relaxed day that we got to spend together as a team and enjoying the culture of Nicaragua. We got up, had breakfast together in our Leon hotel for the last time, and packed everything up. After breakfast, we headed out to the main part of the city of Leon to explore! In Leon there is a beautiful cathedral we got to see, check out a local market, souvenirs shop and eat lunch. After lunch, it was time to head back to Managua which is about a 2 hour bus ride back. Once we got back into Managua, it was time to say goodbye to one of our interpreters, Ciaro, and trip coordinator, Abby. It was hard to say goodbye to part of our team, but we are very grateful for the time we got to spend with them and all of their translation skills! We had time for one last stop, which was seeing Lake Managua which was very beautiful! We ended the day with one last team dinner with David, one of the team members of Nourish (OrphanNetwork).

Thanks again everyone for the prayers and support for our team throughout this past week! It has been such a blessing to come along side Nourish and serve the community of Posoltega! Dios los bendiga!
